What Type Of Running Shoes Should I PurchaseI need to talk today concerning the type of athletic shoes to purchase or better yet the shoes I purchased.
When I first starting running I had no idea what type of shoes I needed. Being an athlete I thought I knew but I didn't. I really was not ever a runner in high school graduation. I played more team sports so I just ran in whatever shoe I had. Boy was I wrong. The first time I ran contrary to popular belief I ran in some basketball sneakers. Now I was much younger and my body system was very forgiving.
I thought didn't think too much about it until 1 day I was wondering how come my feet were sore. So I went along to the sports store and asked them. Of course they wanted to sell me the priciest pair that they had. Being young I didn't know any better and purchased them. Now initially my feet felt far better but eventually they started to hurt again. I couldn't figure it out. Why is my feet hurting when I bought this kind of expensive set of two sneakers.
I did some research and previously the internet wasn't how it is today. I checked out some magazines and ran across an article that brought up gait. What the heck was gait? Well arrived at find out I found out that I was what they call a neutral foot runner. This means I don't run using the outside or in my foot.
